Brand identity and website for a new osteopathy practice in Hertford

Brand identity
We worked with Natalie to clarify her brand values and developed a visual brand identity that is clear, modern, distinctive and elegant, and works across digital and print media. The logo design references Leonardo Da Vinci's 'Vitruvian Man' with a twist including male and female forms. The colour palette of teals and greys with lots of white space is designed to be clear and feel professional, but at the same time friendly and approachable. We chose Googlefont 'Lato' as the typeface for it's clear yet subtly characterful san serif style.

We provided a Brand Guidelines Document, including the brand values, how to use the logo, colour specifications, typefaces, image styles and a quick guide to file formats that gives our client a benchmark reference for future designwork.

We have also designed various print materials for Natalie Adam Osteopathy including business cards, flyers and self editable gift vouchers, all working to build a consistent visual brand.

Our client was looking for a website that looked professional and modern, with lots of white space and not too much unnecessary clutter, clear navigation and made booking appointments easy. We used WordPress for its versatility and reliability, and developed the visual brand identity elements into an attractive, easy to navigate website.

We put together a fully styled 'holding' web page including an integrated booking system within a couple of weeks to meet a tight deadline. This created space for Natalie to write the content for the rest of the website and have a photoshoot, but with a strong online presence in place as she launched her business.

We then designed and built the main multi-page WordPress website including the following:

  • integrated online appointment booking system (Cliniko) for 2 locations
  • location maps (Google)
  • FAQ tabs
  • reviews carousel
  • optimised for multiple devices
  • on-page SEO to make site search engine friendly
  • Privacy Policy
