New brand, website and printed material for a local building company specialising in new build homes and extensions.

We spent time with our client honing the brand identity and came up with wording that we later used as the key message on the home page of the website. We designed an icon/mark with stacked words. The 2-colour logo is designed to work for website, invoices/stationery, business cards, signs, vans and clothing, etc. while the icon is perfect to use alone for social media when a small circular/square logo is required and as a favicon. Wanting the icon to reference a house, yet steering away from clichés, we achieved something more refined that communicates the idea of the high quality design, materials and craftsmanship that this company offer. Our client loved the san-serif font we chose that is strong and simple with an elegant design-led feel.

We designed and printed business cards and a set of A1 dibond company signs to display on each site.

The website is designed for visual impact, usability and visibility in searches. We spent time with our client working out how they wanted to use the site, how they could best sell what they do and demonstrate their unique offer. We researched and reviewed other sites and designed a bespoke website using Joomla! that achieved both the functionality and the look and feel that we wanted. After designing the framework of the site and getting this signed off, we supported the client in supplying the content, providing a detailed breakdown of what was required for each page, assisting with photoshoots, making suggestions for wording etc. The site has Search Engine Optimization (SEO) built into the content with keywords we researched and defined with the client, as well as carefully worded browser page titles and meta descriptions to maximise findability by search engines.
